LEILANI PAXTON Leilani Paxton, 81, of Kailua, passed away at home on September 26, 2025. She was born in Honolulu on July 12, 1944 and grew up in Manoa. She later moved to Kailua where she graduated from Kailua High School and went on to graduate from University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Leilani retired as a preschool teacher from both the Child Development Center on Marine Corps Base Hawai'i and the State of Hawai'i Early Intervention 0-3 Program on the Big Island.
