My deepest condolences to the Family of Mark Nakashima. I first met him at a NCSL event, technically before the beginning of his legislative times. Since then I met him at his various thoughts depending on his chairmanship. His last Chair was as the Chair of CPC. As chair of various committees, he showed his great ability to provide relevant bills that provided much to the State.
