Aloha Mr Toshima, rest in Aloha and I just found out about your passing. I feel so Blessed to have known You and working with You from the Bureau of Conveyances. I want to Thank You for all your wisdom and knowledge. I always enjoyed chatting with You when you came down to the Bureau. I just was blown away by your work ethics and your tenacity.
