Mary Kinoshita Obituary

MARY K. KINOSHITA Mary Yuriko Kinoshita, 80, of Honolulu, Hawaii unexpectedly died on April 2, 2023 at her home in Honolulu. She was born on June 30, 1942 and was the eldest child of Shigemi and Betty Kinoshita. Mary was a proud graduate of Farrington High School, class of 1960. She attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa for two years before entering into the business workforce in advertising. After two decades of working for several local advertising firms, Mary opted to start her own business as a media consultant. She finally retired in 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic. Mary's favorite pastimes were going to Las Vegas with her high school classmates, playing mahjong with friends, cooking Sunday night family dinners and watching re-runs of "Blue Bloods". She is survived by brother Wayne; niece Beth and nephew Marc. Service: 10:00 AM on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Nichiren Sect Mission in Nuuanu. Aloha attire.
