LUCILLE DONOHUE Obituary

LUCILLE KYUNG HEE DONOHUE Age 84, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born in Honolulu on May 5, 1941, and was the younger twin daughter of Ronald and Ruth Park (both deceased). Lucille graduated from McKinley High School and worked at Dole Canary, St. Regis Paper Company and Board of Water Supply where she retired in 1996 as a Customer Service Supervisor. Lucille was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She supported her husband's career and the non-profit organizations he founded such as the Honolulu Police Community Foundation, Kick Start Karate and American Karate Kai. Preceded in death by husband Retired Honolulu Police Chief Lee D. Donohue Sr., son Steven Donohue and one great-grand- child, Lucille is survived by daughters Darlynn Donohue, Leanne Donohue-Williams, and son Lee (Karen) Donohue, Jr., Twin Sister Lucia Wong, 8 grand- children, 16 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held on October 25, 2025, at Nuuanu Memorial Park in the East Chapel. Visitation: 9:00AM; Services: 10:30AM; Lunch to follow. The scattering of ashes for Lucille and Lee will be held at a later date.
