Mrs. Kurashige is a bright light for so many of us. I am grateful that I got to be a recipient of her leadership, her care, her kindness, her guidance. I know the heavens are a shade brighter. Mrs. Kurashige left a lasting mark on all of our hearts and I join so many in honoring her....remembering her...sharing prayers to her family who kindly shared her with so many...and taking the things that she taught me along this journey of life to pay it back and pay it forward as Mrs Kurashige showed us all how to do.

I know I am a better person in this world because I had the opportunity to be inspired by incredible leaders like Mrs. Kurashige.

Adding prayers to family in this time, and hope everyone feels this from so many of us in Hawaii and around the world.
